AFDRA Outsource Solutions started back in 2018 with a small group of people intending to support Advanced Rehab Technologies, Inc., a durable medical equipment provider in the U.S.
As the demand for customer support grows, AFDRA opened its doors to other clients who wanted to venture into outsourcing some of their business processes.
