History of AFDRA
AFDRA Outsource Solutions started back in 2018 with a small group of people intending to support Advanced Rehab Technologies, Inc., a durable medical equipment provider in the U.S. As the demand for customer support grows, AFDRA opened its doors to other clients who wanted to venture into outsourcing some of their business processes.
AFDRA provides different services ranging from Admin Support, Customer Care, and Billing. To date, AFDRA is trusted by two clients and is still on the lookout for small businesses that require our amazing team of customer service representatives.
Aldrin Dulnikowski (Founder / Owner)
Aldrin immigrated to the U.S in 1987. He was raised in Royersford PA outside of Philadelphia. He attended Pennsylvania State University and graduated with a degree in Business 2006. He eventually joined the United State Marine Corps and served the 4th Marine Division. He was deployed to Iraq in Operation Iraq Freedom and saw combat.
He worked in the Durable Medical Equipment business for 20 years as Sales Representative, Biller and Office Manager for Advanced Rehab Technologies, Inc. He is married with one child.
He established AFDRA OUTSOURCE SOLUTIONS aiming to give small businesses a top quality service.
